The fund will invest primarily in fixed and/or floating rate bonds, convertible bonds, money market instruments (to include, but not limited to, commercial paper and treasury bills) and bank deposits, all of which will be denominated in Renminbi or hedged back to Renminbi (RMB). Investments denominated in currencies other than RMB will be limited to 10% of the fund"s Net Asset Value.
The bonds in which the fund will invest may be rated or unrated by credit rating agencies such as S&P, Moody"s or Fitch. The fund may invest without limitation in investment-grade securities and debt instruments. |
