The Fund seek long-term total returns, with a secondary focus on regular income. The fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of primarily US dollar-denominated Asia ex-Japan credit instruments whilst also aiming to deliver a consistent level of income. Issuers will be located primarily in the Asia- ex Japan region and may include (but not limited to) corporates, sovereign, and quasi-sovereign and supranational debt securities, currencies, and derivatives. The Fund may also invest up to 30% of its net asset value in local currency Asia ex- Japan debt instruments however a maximum of 20% of the Fund's net asset value may be unhedged back to the Fund's base currency. The Fund will aim to declare a distribution of between 4%-6% of the Fund's net asset value in USD on an annual basis, dependent on market conditions, however this is not guaranteed.
