To increase the value of your investment over the long term, mainly through growth of capital. At least 70% of the Fund's total net assets will be in equities of companies from Middle East and North Africa. The investment manager combines market and fundamental analysis to build a concentrated portfolio of companies whose securities appear undervalued relative to book value and long-term potential earnings (bottom-up approach). In making investment decisions, the investment manager does not consider the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities for the purpose of the Taxonomy Regulation. The Fund will measure its performance against the S&P Pan Arab Composite Index (the "Benchmark"). The Fund is actively managed and is not designed to track the Benchmark. Therefore the management of the Fund is not constrained by the composition of the Benchmark.
